The popular hardware monitoring tool CPU-Z has released version 2.16, bringing support for the latest AMD and NVIDIA components. This update includes compatibility with AMD’s RDNA 4-based Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU, NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5060, RTX 5060 Ti, and RTX 5050 GPUs from the Blackwell architecture, and several AMD Zen 5 CPU families.
For GPUs, CPU-Z 2.16 now supports the Navi 44-based Radeon RX 9060 XT, available in 8GB and 16GB configurations, which launched in June 2025. On the NVIDIA side, the update covers the recently released RTX 5060 series and the RTX 5050, ensuring accurate performance and specification reporting for these mid-range Blackwell GPUs.
On the CPU front, the update adds support for AMD’s Ryzen Z2 and Z2 Extreme APUs, custom Strix Point processors designed for gaming handhelds with up to 8 Zen 5 cores and 16 threads. It also includes the Ryzen AI 7 350 and Ryzen AI 5 340 (Kracken Point) for budget mobile devices, featuring 8 and 6 Zen 5 cores, respectively. Additionally, CPU-Z now supports Zhaoxin’s KaiXian KX-U6780A and KX-U6580 CPUs, alongside AMD’s Dragon Range refresh CPUs like the Ryzen 9 8945HX and Ryzen 7 8840HX.
This update enhances CPU-Z’s ability to provide detailed hardware information for the latest gaming and mobile components, making it a vital tool for enthusiasts and professionals.
