Microsoft Responds To Criticism Against Yesterday’s Xbox Series X Gameplay, Trailers

Microsoft Xbox X Series

During the Inside Xbox of Microsoft revealed yesterday, conflicting opinions left a feeling of dissatisfaction after the trailers showed few moments to focus on gameplay and cinematics and launch windows of different games.

Of course, this would not have happened if the team at Microsoft had not pointed out in its promotional material that gameplay of the games that will also be available on Xbox Series X would be shown in yesterday’s event, which would take a look at what it can do on the console. Unfortunately, the criticisms were swift and an Xbox manager responded to the criticism of fans against yesterday’s Inside Xbox.

After the Inside Xbox announcement did not show games running on Xbox Series X hardware and in some cases it was indicated that the trailer is an estimate of how the game might look on the new console, fans soon launch criticism against the brand to express their disagreement. In this regard, the networks were filled with mentions about it and a Twitter user pointed out to Xbox that in the pre-event, gameplay of the next generation was promised, that is, of Xbox Series X.

Faced with the wave of criticism, Aaron Greenberg responded to this post acknowledging that they raised the wrong expectations: “Had we not said anything & just shown May Inside Xbox show like we did last month, I suspect reactions might have been different. Clearly we set some wrong expectations & that’s on us. We appreciate all the feedback & can assure you we will take it all in & learn as a team.”

Greenberg is known for being one of the kindest and most open corporate figures of the big companies in the industry. He has never had trouble having good words for the competition, much less recognizing mistakes. He is one of the most beloved members of the community related to the Xbox brand and one of its most valuable spokespersons.
