If it is the same chip we expect for desktops, this GeForce RTX 3060 would offer 3584 CUDA Cores (1280 less compared to the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti desktop model) along with 6 GB of GDDR6 memory @14 GHz with 192 memory interface bits and a TDP of 130W.
