What is Celestial Portal in Risk of Rain 2?

The Celestial Portal is a hidden area in Risk of Rain 2. The portal will appear when you interact with it. This portal will allow you to access the floating islands where a strong figure will wait. The last island will be where you can meet the Mercenary. The portal will also spawn a Celestial orb that you can use to destroy enemies.

In the game, you can find the Celestial Portal by playing the game looped at least once. It is found after the teleporter event in stage 13 and will take you to the moon of Pertichor V. Once you enter this realm, you will find the Celestial Orb and will enter a hidden realm. Afterwards, you will have to fight Mithrix and use a dropship to escape.

How to Find Celestial Portal in Risk of Rain 2

To find the Celestial Portal in Risk of Rain 2, you have to first complete the teleporter event. The Celestial Orb will then circle around the teleporter, revealing a hidden environment with blue crystal islands and an obelisk, where you must decide whether or not you want to obliterate yourself. Once you’ve completed the Teleporter Event, you’ll need to complete the next three stages to advance to the next stage.

Primordial Teleporter

Once you’ve completed the first five stages, you’ll have to search for the next-to-last stage – Sky Meadows. To find it, you need to search for the blue flakes floating in the air, and you should see a new teleporter on the map. Once you’ve found it, you can use it to travel to a new environment and complete the “The Long Road” achievement.

The Primordial Teleporter appears in the third environment, the eighth environment, and the thirteenth environment. Unlike a normal teleporter, this one resembles a giant teleporter with eight flattish spires. To use it, you need to clump opposite groups of prongs and align them so that it loops back. Once you’ve done that, you’ll have a chance to defeat the game’s final boss, Mithrix.

Hidden Realms

The Celestial Portal is a hidden passage in Risk of Rain 2 that teleports you to a hidden area known as A Moment, Fractured. This exotic world is called the Hidden Realms Environment, and you can only access it by going through the portal. You’ll need more money to unlock this secret area, so a guide is highly recommended.

First, you need to go to the level where the portal spawns. The Portal appears at random, and if you’re lucky, you’ll stumble upon it on a different level. However, if you’re lucky, you can find the Celestial Portal on any level. You can use a looping trick in order to find the Portal, which is spawned next to a teleporter.

Obliterating yourself at the obelisk

In Risk of Rain 2, the option to obliterate yourself at the obelisk will end your run. You can also opt to sacrifice yourself at the obelisk. Obliterating yourself at the obelisk will not necessarily end your game, but it will complete the True Respite challenge and unlock the Mercenary class. However, it will require the player to reach the Celestial Portal first before they can perform this task.

The final boss in Risk of Rain 2 is Mithrix, King of Nothing. To defeat this boss, you must interact with 4 beacons on the map. When the beacons are active, you can attack the boss’s main attack, which is to slam enemies and send shockwaves across the field. There are two official endings for this mission: obliterating yourself at the obelisk and defeating Mithrix. In the original Risk of Rain, there was no final stage. However, in Risk of Rain 2, there was an optional encounter with Beads of Fealty.
