Logitech G has introduced its new RS50 wheelbase and RS Pedals, designed for racing game fans who want a more realistic driving feel. These accessories connect to computers or gaming consoles and provide strong feedback to make virtual races feel like the real thing.
The RS50 wheelbase uses a direct drive system that delivers up to 8 Nm of twisting force, making the steering wheel respond quickly and powerfully to in-game actions. This helps players feel every turn, bump, and slide as if they were really driving. It works with TRUEFORCE technology to add extra details like engine vibrations and road textures. The wheelbase is compatible with PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, and comes with a racing wheel rim that has customizable buttons and paddle shifters for shifting gears.
The RS Pedals feature a pressure-sensitive brake pedal that measures how hard you press, giving a more natural braking feel similar to real cars. The set includes three pedals: accelerator, brake, and clutch, all made from durable metal with adjustable positions for comfort. This helps improve control during races, especially in tight corners or high-speed stops.
Price
Pricing starts at $699.99 for the RS50 system, which includes the wheelbase and racing wheel. The RS Pedals are sold separately for $379.99. The RS50 is available now globally, while the RS Pedals will launch later in 2025. Logitech also released a special McLaren Racing edition with unique designs inspired by the famous racing team.
These new products aim to bring professional-level racing simulation to home setups at a more accessible price. Logitech G says the RS50 and RS Pedals are perfect for both beginners and experienced gamers looking to upgrade their equipment. They are available on Logitech’s website and at select retailers worldwide, including Amazon for $699.99.
