The developers of the upcoming Quantum Error game recently announced that the title will be exclusive to PlayStation 5. However, only after the game will release on the console of the new generation Sony, they will deal with its porting to the PS4. Today, it was confirmed that the campaign of the title will last between 15 to 20 hours.
In an interview with the Segment Next website, the developers touched on the subject of different enemies present in Quantum Error that will be different from one another: “There is going to be a huge amount of different enemies that are all very distinct from one another. With the Cosmic Horror part of the game, some enemies are going to be capable of harness dimensional power and warping the fight in their favor. Even our basic zombies that we call “Human Left-Overs” are part of a hive mind type thing and being forced against their will. And yes, there are going to be several boss fights.”
The developers also stated that the title “will be a purely story-driven single-player campaign” which will last between 15 to 20 hours and “it will be a story-driven campaign similar to that of a Dead Space or Resident Evil type game, however, we are going to have some choices that can be made in the game that could impact certain parts of the story.”
Quantum Error will be a sci-fi shooter (a game in which the emphasis is on the use of weapons), the action of which will take place in space. It is expected that its release will take place in the fourth quarter of 2021. The development is being done by TeamKill Media, which previously released the game Kings of Lorn: The Fall of Ebris.
