World Heroes Perfect ‘NEO GEO Premium Selection’ Edition Announced for PC

World Heroes Perfect

SNK has announced a new modernised release of its classic fighting game World Heroes Perfect, for PC via Steam. The updated version is part of the company’s “NEO GEO Premium Selection” initiative, which aims to bring legacy titles to modern platforms with enhanced features.

Originally released in 1995, World Heroes Perfect is being refreshed with several quality-of-life improvements tailored for today’s players. One of the biggest additions is rollback netcode, designed to deliver smoother and more responsive online matches. The game will also support lobbies for up to nine players, making multiplayer sessions more accessible and competitive.

In addition, this edition introduces a Practice Mode, allowing players to refine their skills, experiment with combos, and better understand character mechanics—something that wasn’t available in the original release.
