The wait for a new Harry Potter game has finally come to an end with the release of this new Hogwarts Legacy launch trailer. In this video, players can check out some gameplay footage of the title, along with a few more details about what to expect from the upcoming action role-playing game.
In Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll take on the role of a student who holds the key to an ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart. Make allies, battle Dark wizards and ultimately decide the fate of the magical world.
You’ll be able to customize your character, crafting potions and mastering spell casting to become the wizard you want to be. You’ll also be able to explore Hogwarts in an open world that includes familiar locations and new environments that don’t appear in the original books or films.

As a result of all this, you’ll find yourself thrown into a series of exciting adventures that will keep you engrossed from start to finish. And with 120 hours of content for you to play through, it’s easy to see why the game has been described as “an experience that will leave you feeling utterly fulfilled”.
Hogwarts Legacy is launching on PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC on February 10th. The Nintendo Switch release date hasn’t been announced yet, but it’s likely to be a few months later than the rest of the consoles.
