One day before the launch of its official review, we can already get an idea of the final performance of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, today its performance in five 3DMark benchmarks, and one in the Superposition benchmark has been leaked online.
After looking at the 3DMark and Superposition benchmark results, it was confirmed that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card offers performance equivalent to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, at least, if we only focus on the benchmarks.
This could be a brief summary, but at the moment of truth, the GeForce RTX 3060 should be faster in specific circumstances, such as those where RayTracing makes an appearance, or Nvidia DLSS 2.0 technology since this model offers more advanced hardware for that purpose.
To this is added that it is also compatible with Resizable BAR technology, hoping that it will be the first Nvidia graphics to have such support, so the CPU can access its GDDR6 memory to add another performance bonus that could finally bring it closer to a GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.
If we only look at benchmarks, because basically, we would have an RTX 2060 SUPER at a price of $339 (vs 430 EUR for the 2060S), but due to the shortage, its sale price will finally be comparable to that of its predecessor although with the advantages already mentioned.
