After a short delay, Sony will finally celebrate its event focused on PlayStation 5 and its games today. There are high expectations in the presentation, as great announcements are expected. In fact, there are already several rumors pointing to the revelation of very important games of Horizon: Zero Dawn & Gran Turismo.
Despite this, for now there is nothing confirmed and all are speculations. However, important creatives linked to PlayStation have generated excitement among the players, as they hinted at possible announcements in today’s event. To be more exact, the developers involved in Horizon: Zero Dawn and Gran Turismo invited players to watch the presentation, which for many is almost a confirmation that there will be news from both franchises.
Horizon: Zero Dawn was quite successful with the arrival of its first installment and its expansion to PlayStation 4. So, many assume that Guerrilla is already working on a sequel.
Previously, several members of the studio, such as designers and animators, hinted at a possible announcement at the PlayStation 5 event. Now, Joris de Man, the composer of the first game, did something similar.
The musician has worked with Guerrilla since 2004 and has been involved in several games of the studio. Joris de Man invited the entire community to watch the presentation on the new console. “Excited! Wonder what they will be showing today,” wrote the composer.

On the other hand, Kazunori Yamauchi, CEO of Polyphony Digital and producer of Gran Turismo, did something similar on his Twitter account. The creative reminded Japanese players about the event, so many are waiting for news about the motorsport series.
There are also clues that a new game in the series would be released today, but again nothing has been confirmed. Remember that in recent weeks a Gran Turismo 7 logo appeared.
Subsequently, the information was denied and it was ensured that the logo was not official. However, since May we know that Polyphony Digital is already working on a new project for the franchise, but did not reveal whether it will be a numbered installment or something similar to Gran Turismo Sport.
