New PlayStation Plus Subscription Plans Launches in June: Here are All the Plans and Pricing

New PlayStation Plus

Earlier this week, Sony announced that it’s launching a new PlayStation Plus video game subscription service. Now, Sony has officially announced the new PlayStation Plus subscription plan divided into three different tiers or subscription plans. This will combine the PlayStation Plus monthly membership with PS Now, which offers on-demand game streaming. The service will launch in June with 700+ titles, including new releases, classics, and more. There are two tiers, and you can try out any or all of them before you buy them.

New PlayStation Plus will offer three different subscription plans. The PlayStation Plus Premium subscription plan will include the most benefits, while the PlayStation Plus Essential tier subscription will provide the bare minimum. There is also a third-tier subscription plan called PlayStation Plus Extra, this is a mid-tier plan that falls between the premium and essential plans.

According to a recent report from Reuters, PlayStation Plus will launch in North America, Asia, and Europe in June. The company plans to launch the service in North America and Europe in 2022, but hasn’t yet announced a specific date.

The new subscription model will be a subscription-based service, with three tiers: Essential, Extra, and Premium. The latter tier will offer access to all games published under the Xbox Games Studios banner. Those who want the most value for their money will sign up for the premium tier.

There is also a fourth subscription plan called PlayStation Plus Deluxe, which will exclusively be available in select markets without cloud streaming.
