Ubisoft has accidentally confirmed Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake on the Russian Uplay Store.
The listing for the remake of the popular 2003 action-platformer has appeared on the Russian page of Ubisoft’s digital download service, along with a couple of images (which, by the way, have not been particularly positively received among the fans).
Many of you will say that these images don’t exactly look great for a remake meant for modern systems, and perhaps Ubisoft had something different in mind to unveil this new version of Prince of Persia to the world. However, it seems that the art style of the original game will be preserved in the remake.

We already knew from several leaks of its existence, but this can already be considered as an official confirmation, pending an announcement that should take place tonight during the Ubisoft Forward event, which will be broadcast by streaming starting at 8 PM BST or 12:00 PM PDT time (and that you can follow live from the YouTube channel).
Ubisoft representatives have not commented on these rumors. Most likely, we will receive information on this remake today, during the Ubisoft Forward event.
