Resident Evil 8 Will Not Be VR Exclusive – Rumor

Resident Evil 8

While Resident Evil 3 Remake is just around the corner, with a final release date for April 3, the rumors and leaks of the new installment of the saga, Resident Evil 8, seem to be at the order of the day; so it is time to talk about a new leak about the game.

One of the famous leaker AestheticGamer, a well-known Twitter user when it comes to Resident Evil leaks, seems to have revealed a new detail concerning the new installment of the saga, as he was asked about a specific game theme – specifically, how its gameplay would be oriented – to which he responded sharply.

A user asked AestheticGamer about the possibility that Resident Evil 8 was a game exclusively for virtual reality platforms. The reason for this question is understandable due to the popularity that has been gaining this way of playing titles for many months; you only need to check Half-Life: Alyx to realize it.

But there is no reason to worry, since he had confirmed this refusal. According to him, Resident Evil 8 will not be a virtual reality game, although it does not mean that the new installment of the Capcom saga will not use this technology at some point, since other rumors suggested it would have an option for interested people.

On the other hand, he confirmed in another tweet that Resident Evil Code: Veronica Remake is not even in a pre-production phase and that a new Dino Crisis was in development but was also canceled and therefore, the saga is still extinct.
