Persona 5 on Nintendo Switch Hopeful, Atlus Tells its Fans

Atlus Persona 5

Since Joker’s arrival at Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, many fans expect Persona 5, the JRPG of Atlus, to release on Nintendo Switch. The above did not happen and it seems difficult to happen at some point; however, there is a possibility, since an Atlus USA member asked the community to show their interest in this port.

In a recent talk with IGN, Ari Advincula, responsible for communications at Atlus USA, was questioned about the possibility of seeing Persona 5 or Persona 5: Royal on Nintendo Switch. There she showed that she liked the idea, pointing out that the community should never give up. This is why she asked fans to show their interest in watching the Phantom Thieves adventure on Nintendo Switch.

“I am a strong believer in ‘never ever give up on hope,” said Advincula. “You want what you want and if you don’t let us know it we’re never going to be able to make it.”

Later, Advincula said she would like to see some version of Persona 5 on Nintendo Switch and has fought for it to happen. Sadly, the office lacks the power that allows her to make this decision, so it does not depend on it.

Recall that a few days ago Atlus launched a survey in which it asked fans to tell if they wanted to see titles of Persona and other games on Nintendo Switch. Thus, there is an excellent opportunity for the community to let the company know that there is a demand for its products for the hybrid console.

And what about you, do you think we’ll see Persona 5 on Nintendo Switch at some point? Tell us in the comments below.

Persona 5: Royal will arrive on March 31 on PlayStation 4.
